Titan Forged Siegeworks Brings Medieval Siege Artillery to Mystic Realms Fantasy Fair

The group of friends behind Titan Forged Siegeworks, a company that builds medieval siege artillery, recently made a stop in East Idaho to showcase their impressive creations at the Mystic Realms Fantasy Fair. Originally from Ogden, Utah, the group has been building catapults and trebuchets since their childhood, using them as both a teaching tool for history and physics.

Tyler Brown, the owner of Titan Forged Siegeworks, explained that while they technically operate as a business, their main goal is not to make money but to share their passion for siege weapons with others. Despite their touring schedule, the group members all have day jobs in various professions, showing their dedication to their unique hobby.

The origins of Titan Forged Siegeworks date back to 1998 when the group of friends, around 10 years old at the time, decided to build their first catapult. Over the years, they continued to build larger and more complex machines, eventually catching the attention of event organizers who invited them to showcase their creations at renaissance fairs and other events.

The group’s commitment to safety became apparent after a close call during a competition, where they realized the potential danger their machines could pose if not properly engineered. This led them to prioritize safety in all their creations, ensuring that their demonstrations are both educational and safe for spectators.

Despite the challenges of coordinating schedules and living in different parts of the country, the friends behind Titan Forged Siegeworks remain close and continue to come together for events when possible. Their shared passion for building siege weapons has not only created lasting memories but also strengthened their bond as friends.

For those interested in booking Titan Forged Siegeworks for an event, they can be contacted via email. The group plans to continue attending events like the Mystic Realms Fantasy Fair in Pocatello and hopes to expand their presence at fairs across Idaho in the future.
